Meet Jess, a conceptual designer dedicated to crafting meaningful visual stories, currently working at the intersection of creativity and leadership.
Over the past few years, I’ve delivered thoughtful, crafted design work within various settings, and during a recent period as acting Head of Design, I also stepped into team leadership, process refinement, and cross-functional collaboration.
That experience gave me a new perspective: while I love the craft of design, I’m equally invested in how ideas are built, how teams work, and how design can support bigger brand stories. I’m especially drawn to work that values clarity, empathy, and originality; and I believe human creativity, guided by strong insight and intention, still makes the most meaningful impact.
I’m now focused on evolving my practice to include more creative strategy, team guidance, and systems thinking, while always staying grounded in craft.
